How do we start planning?
Email your destination ideas, dates, number of travelers, and approximate budget. If you’re still deciding where to go, tell us what you enjoy and we can start there.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Contact us about your trip so we can explain any planning fees and booking costs before you decide to proceed.
Are payment plans available?
Payment options depend on the trip and supplier. FlexPay is advertised for the Tejano Live Radio Cruise. Ask us for the available options, eligibility, deposits, and deadlines for your booking.
Can I join a group trip on my own?
You’re welcome to inquire as a solo traveler. We’ll check cabin or room options and pricing for you. The advertised Tejano fares are based on double occupancy.
What’s included in the cruise prices?
The featured Tejano and Hero of the Seas prices include taxes and port fees. Other inclusions depend on your booking. Ask us to confirm gratuities, drinks, excursions, transportation, and any event-package costs.
Can you help with business travel or our own group?
Yes. We assist with bookings and itineraries for individual, family, group, and corporate travel. Share your schedule and requirements so we can discuss the details.
Does an email inquiry reserve a place?
No. An inquiry starts the conversation. We’ll help you confirm availability and the required booking steps, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.
